- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Crushed walnuts
All ingredients, except ground nuts put in a blender and blend it few minutes to get equal creamy mixture. Place the perfectly creamy mixture in a bowl and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
